About

Regulora

Regulora coordinates international company formation, licensed vehicles for sale, iGaming and crypto-perimeter filings, and payment-readiness — for founders who need a file that can survive onboarding, not a slogan.

How we work with operators and founders

Cross-border launches fail when the company, the licence and the payment stack are bought as three separate souvenirs. We treat them as one workstream: eligibility, documents, local providers, then handover.

Commercial activity is messy. You may need a vehicle in the GCC, a VASP or MiCA conversation in the EU, or an iGaming route that PSPs will still underwrite. The legal and the commercial questions have to be asked together — otherwise you redo the structure after the first bank call.

Registration is never only a form. It sits next to KYC packs, registered office, sometimes a local director, and a payment narrative. We coordinate those pieces with counsel and CSPs where local law requires it. We do not pretend to be the regulator, the bank or your MLRO unless that role is separately contracted.

What we will not sell you

We do not offer tax schemes, “anonymous companies”, guaranteed licences or guaranteed accounts. Outcomes stay with authorities and providers.

We do not take sanctioned persons, restricted markets or prohibited activity. If a route is not viable, we say so before you commit capital.

Why international clients use a single desk

Popular formation centres and licensing homes do not share one playbook. Offshore, onshore and midshore each have a different conversation with banks. We explain the trade-offs in plain language — including when a company-for-sale is faster than a fresh incorporation, and when it is a trap.

The work is organised so you can see stage, dependencies and what is still third-party. Honesty about timelines beats a countdown clock.

Values in delivery

Scope only what we can coordinate properly. Stay inside the law of the place where the work happens. Prefer a written mandate over a chat promise. Keep the client informed without drowning them in noise.

Regulora is a project-coordination and advisory practice. Engagement starts under a written agreement. Listings, fees and availability change and are confirmed case by case.
