What a ready-made company for sale actually includes

A ready-made or shelf company is a registered vehicle you can buy. It is not a bank, a licence or a reserved file until KYC is done.

Company acquisition

A ready-made company for sale is a vehicle that already exists at the registry. You buy the shares or membership interests. You do not buy a promised IBAN, a regulator’s goodwill, or a website that will pass every PSP review.

What usually transfers

Formation documents, registers, and the current registered office or agent - if the sale says so. Sometimes a licence or an MSB/VASP permission still sits on the file. Those permissions have their own change-of-control rules.

What never transfers by default

Banking, merchant accounts, domain reputation, and “clean history” as a marketing claim. If AML manuals, tax filings or a local director are not listed, budget to replace them.

How Regulora lists inventory

Cards on the companies for sale page are inventory. Availability changes. Nothing is reserved by a click. KYC first, then a written assignment.

This note is general information, not legal advice. Requirements are assessed case by case.
