1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation or otherwise interacting with our online services, you agree to these Website Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms apply to website use only. Paid professional services are governed by the Public Offer and any proposal, engagement letter or statement of work accepted by the client.
2. Who we are
The website is operated by Regulora Legal Consultancy LLC, a company established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with offices at Office 1207, The Opus Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg z/n, Willemstad, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles; Unit 12-3, Level 12, Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T., Malaysia; 2nd Floor, Belize Bank Building, 60 Market Square, Belize City, Belize ("Regulora", "we", "us" or "our").
3. Website information is general
Website content is provided for general information about licensing, regulatory strategy, corporate structuring and related consultancy services. It does not constitute a legal opinion, tax advice, investment advice or a guarantee that a licence, bank account, payment solution, corporate registration or regulatory approval will be obtained.
No lawyer-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship is created merely by visiting the website, sending a message or attending an introductory call. A professional relationship starts only when we accept an engagement in writing and receive any required payment and onboarding information.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to use the website. If you act for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must not:
- use the website for an unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose;
- submit false, incomplete or third-party information without authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, systems or data;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website content without written permission;
- use our name or materials to imply regulatory approval, sponsorship or a client relationship that does not exist.
5. Enquiries and quotations
Information submitted through the website is treated as an invitation to discuss services, not automatic acceptance of an engagement. Quotations remain subject to conflict checks, identity and source-of-funds checks, feasibility review, service availability and written acceptance by Regulora. We may decline an enquiry where permitted by law.
6. Regulatory outcomes and timelines
Regulators, banks, payment providers, registries, laboratories, auditors and other third parties act independently. Their decisions, requirements and processing times are outside our control. Any timeline, cost estimate, approval probability or description of a licensing route is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed engagement document.
7. Refund and consultation promotions
The expressions "100% refund if the licence is not approved" and "free legal consultation for one year" are subject to the detailed eligibility rules in the Public Offer and the applicable engagement documents. "100% refund" refers only to eligible professional service fees paid to Regulora for the relevant licence application; it does not include regulator, government or other third-party charges. No marketing statement overrides the Public Offer.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, branding, structure, databases and downloadable materials are owned by or licensed to Regulora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the website for your own legitimate business evaluation.
9. Third-party links and services
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or practices. Your dealings with a regulator or other third party are governed by that party’s terms.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The website may use necessary cookies and, where legally permitted and properly consented to, analytics or marketing technologies. Cookie choices may be managed through the website consent tool where available.
11. Availability and security
We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We take reasonable security measures but do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that the website will be free from errors, malware or harmful components. You are responsible for protecting your devices and credentials.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Regulora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, reliance on general content, third-party links or website unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. Continued website use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and negotiation for 30 days.
