All information on the website, including articles, guides, jurisdiction comparisons, timelines, fees, eligibility descriptions and answers to frequently asked questions, is general information only. It is not a legal opinion tailored to a particular person, business, product or jurisdiction and should not be treated as tax, accounting, investment, financial or technical advice.

2. No professional relationship from website use

Accessing the website, downloading material, submitting an enquiry or participating in an introductory consultation does not by itself create a lawyer-client, consultant-client, fiduciary or confidential professional relationship. Such a relationship begins only after Regulora expressly accepts an engagement in writing and any required onboarding and payment conditions are met.

3. No approval guarantee

Licensing and other regulatory decisions are made solely by the competent authorities and may depend on ownership, management, source of funds, business model, technology, target markets, local substance and other factors. Regulora cannot compel approval, prevent additional requirements or guarantee a processing time.

Any statement referring to a "100% refund if the licence is not approved" is a contractual promotional benefit, not a guarantee of approval. It applies only to eligible professional service fees and only where the client fully and accurately supplies all requested documents and information, complies with the process and satisfies every condition in clause 8 of the Public Offer. Government, regulator and third-party costs are excluded.

4. Complimentary consultation limitation

Any statement referring to "free legal consultation for one year" means the limited Twelve-Month Complimentary Consultation Benefit described in clause 9 of the Public Offer: up to 12 consultations of up to 30 minutes each, or equivalent short written responses, relating directly to the purchased licence route. It does not include new applications, appeals, litigation, formal opinions, drafting, audits, submissions or substantial research.

5. Changing laws and third-party information

Licensing rules, regulator practices, fees, market-access restrictions and application requirements change frequently and may do so without advance notice. Website content may become incomplete or outdated. References to regulators, jurisdictions, software providers or other third parties do not imply endorsement, affiliation or assurance of their conduct.

6. Jurisdiction and market access

A licence issued in one jurisdiction does not automatically authorise activity in another. Operators remain responsible for obtaining advice and approvals for every market they target, including rules concerning advertising, consumer protection, data, payments, taxation, anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming. Regulora does not advise users to conduct any activity prohibited in their location.

7. Reliance and limitation of responsibility

You should obtain advice based on your facts before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulora is not responsible for loss resulting from reliance on general website information, use of third-party links, or decisions made without a written engagement. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Language and prevailing terms
